Neighbour Day is Australia’s annual celebration of community, encouraging people to connect with those who live in their neighbourhood. This event is hosted by the Casuarina Wellard Progress Association and is entirely free! We have sought grants from the City of Kwinana and various sponsorships from community groups to create this family friendly event.
Fun for the kids with a bouncy castle, fire engines, clown slide, mascots, face painting, fairy floss and ice cream. Try your skill on the bucking cow too!
Local club displays will be set up including Karate and Zumba, as well as product demonstrations and information from local businesses. If you’re a local club or local business and would like to get involved, send us a message.
The Kwinana South Volunteer Bushfire Brigade will have a display on the oval, fire engine included, and can answer any questions you may have. Show your appreciation to those who voluntarily protect us and our neighbourhood.
When: 10AM to 2PM
Where: 11 Barker Road (Hall and Oval)
A sausage sizzle will be provided by volunteers of the CWPA, drinks and vegetarian options included.

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is not permitted. All children must be accompanied by an adult. We’re looking forward to bringing the community together and hosting this great event.
